											<td class="metadetail" style="">The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Skilled Nursing intervention and supportive care in the patient’s homes, care centers, and inpatient/respite facilities for weekend, holiday, evening, and night on-call duty in accordance with the hospice interdisciplinary plan of care.  Must respond to medical/emotional crisis and/or death of the patient and make home visits to provide direct care as appropriate.  Must have reliable transportation, current Missouri Driver’s license, and required vehicle insurance.  <BR>
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:  Current Missouri Registered Nursing License, Associate’s Degree or BSN with one year minimum of nursing experience required.  One year of Hospice or Home Health experience preferred.<BR>
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  The employee will be required to stand, walk, bend/stoop, squat, crawl, climb, reach above shoulder level, kneel/balance, and with other person lift/carry up to 50 pounds.   <BR>
