CoxHealth Volunteer Services is comprised of the following groups:

All volunteers at Cox Medical Center Branson are recognized and rewarded for their work in a variety of ways:
- Annual awards banquet in recognition of service to the hospital
- Recognition award pins for hours of service
- Annual flu shots and health screenings
- Free meals and snacks in the Cox Branson cafeteria
