Before visiting any of Cox Branson facilities, vendors are required to be compliant with Vendormate. The following required documents and proof of vaccination must be signed off at Vendormate before entering a Cox Branson facility:

- Tuberculosis (TB) test
- Surgical Services Vendor Policy
For access to patient care areas, proof of vaccinations and background check are required. Background checks can be loaded onto Skaggs Vendormate.
Check-In
All vendors must first check in at Cox Medical Center Branson Materials Management, located on the second floor of the main hospital between Cox Branson Maintenance and the Redbud, Dogwood and Magnolia Conference Rooms.
