When you smoke, it's just like they're smoking.
Whether it's cigarettes, chewing tobacco, smokeless cigarettes, nicorette gum or another form of nicotine use, tobacco use is the single most preventable cause of death and disease in the United States.
In addition to the thousands of lives lost annually from tobacco-related disease and illness, tobacco use costs the U.S. billions of dollars in direct medical expenses and lost productivity.
Tobacco causes cancer, heart attacks, stroke and breathing problems. Among the many health risks, you may be driven by a personal cause to stop using tobacco. We are excited to provide you information on tobacco cessation and eager to partner with you to reduce the risk of suffering from tobacco-related diseases and illnesses.
