We constantly strive to improve the quality measures that are reported to the public by organizations such as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the American Hospital Association (AHA) and Joint Commission (JC).
The information reported by these groups not only helps to inform the public about the quality of care available at hospitals, but is also helps hospitals like ours understand how we are performing over time so that we can continue to perfect our delivery of care.

You have the right to file a grievance about the quality of care you receive. As noted above, we are committed to providing quality healthcare and have a procedure for the prompt resolution of patient grievances.
