Jacob McWay
Jacob McWay is senior vice president and chief financial officer for CoxHealth. He has been with the organization since 2003. Prior to accepting his current position, he served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer for Cox HealthPlans, and prior to that was a manager with accounting firm BKD.
In his current role, McWay is responsible for the overall financial leadership of the CoxHealth enterprise with direct oversight of the financial services group, including Cox HealthPlans, CoxHealth facilities management, and all information technology functions and accounting functions.
McWay is a certified public accountant, and earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Missouri State University. He is a member of the Springfield Chamber of Commerce board, and serves as treasurer of the group’s executive committee.
