Health Risk Assessment
Our wellness solutions begin with our standard Health Risk Assessment (HRA). This is a comprehensive health questionnaire that is combined with a screening event that is offered at a CoxHealth facility or your business location.
The screening event is comprised of height/weight, measurements, percentage body fat, blood pressure, respiratory function, and labs (total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, triglycerides, and fasting glucose). For an additional fee, the prostate-specific antigen test (PSA) is offered to men over the age of 50 or with a family history of prostate cancer.
Combined, the health questionnaire and screening results create an individualized report that is mailed directly to your employee’s home. An executive summary is mailed to your business outlining your company’s health risks and overall health status. Our wellness coordinator is available to discuss these results with you and create customized programs for to meet your company’s health needs.
Employee Wellness Programs
Cox Medical Center Branson offers a wide variety of corporate wellness solutions. Because every business has individual needs, we offer customized plans to help your employees get healthy and stay healthy.
Upon completion of the HRA, your business will receive an executive summary which outlines your company’s health risks and overall health status. This report can be reviewed with the wellness coordinator in order to create a specific wellness plan for your employees. Areas of high risk will be addressed through the creation of classes, competitions, and activities designed to promote a healthier lifestyle for your employees.
Customized packages can be as straighforward as completing the HRA and arranging for speakers to present on relative health topics throughout the year or as multifaceted as a comprehensive wellness program that addresses all areas of health, including physiological, mental, or environmental.
