BODYPUMP™: Intensity is high. The original LES MILLS™ barbell class will sculpt tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Driven: Designed to challenge the body by combining cardio & plyometric drills, utilizing dumbbells, the body bar, step & track workouts. A high intensity class, yet allowing you to work at your own fitness level to tone & shape the body in all target areas.
Fitness Express: Intensity is HIGH. This class is 45 - 60 minutes long and focuses on total body type workouts. Class will perform strength circuits. Participants should be able to perform squats, deadlifts, push-ups and other basic strength exercises. NOT for beginners.
Senior Yoga: Intensity is low. A safe and effective approach to help maintain an active lifestyle, improve balance, increase muscular strength and range of movement through a variety of seated and standing yoga poses and stretches.
Silver Sneakers®: Intensity level is low. Senior Class that works on cardio, strength training and resistance bands. Good for someone with back, knee, or health issues. Chairs are used for sitting at times to perform exercises.
Spin®: Intensity level is high. It is an exciting workout that challenges your individual fitness level in a fun, group atmosphere. Learn cycling techniques to increase efficiency in pedal stroke and speed while improving your cardiovascular endurance and strength.
Tone & Core: Intensity is low to medium. Participants will perform exercises on the floor that aim to improve muscular and core strength. Class will also do stretching from the floor.
Weights w/Abs: Intensity is medium to high. Full body weight routine utilizing weight bars, bands, and dumbbells. Class will also focus on core muscles (abs, oblique’s, and lower back).
Weights w/Cardio: Intensity is medium to high. Full body weight routine accompanied with cardio type intervals. Class will also focus on core muscles (abs, oblique’s, and lower back).
Yoga: Pam’s yoga class are intermediate level, with modified poses for beginning students, and offers more challenging moves and poses for more advanced students. Pam believes in incorporating core work into her yoga classes to help improve core strength and stability.
