 Sheryl Tilus comes to us from Fort Smith, AR where she was the CNO at St Edward Mercy Health Systems. There, Sheryl helped to implement strategic planning tools and rebuild entire nursing leadership departments. Prior to her time in Fort Smith she was the CNO at Ottumwa Regional Health Center, leading that organization to a sustained position in the 90th percentile for patient satisfaction.
Sheryl has her MSN in Administration and Education from University of Phoenix, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Before that, she obtained her BSN at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK. Sheryl is also certified in Nursing Administration Advanced through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and Board certified in Healthcare Management and a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Sheryl and her husband Kenn reside in the Branson community and have six children and one grandchild.
