Chief Information Officer

Michael Elley has been with CoxHealth since September 2010.

Before joining the CoxHealth team, Michael served in various IT leadership positions within the BJC HealthCare System in St. Louis, MO since 2005, where during his time he was involved with IT planning and operations activities for three hospitals and the BJC Medical Group.  Prior to employment at BJC, Michael was the Chief Enterprise Architect for the State of Missouri in Jefferson City, MO where he worked to standardize technology across 33 state agencies.  Preceding the State of Missouri, he worked as a Project Manager within the financial industry.

Michael is a Westminster College alumnus, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer and Information Systems in 1999, and has a Masters of Business Administration degree from William Woods University in 2003.  

Michael and his wife, Angela, reside in Branson. They have two daughters.
