Visitors to the unit are welcome from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and from noon to 8 p.m. on Sunday, and at other times by special arrangement.
We encourage families to observe or participate in therapy sessions and recreational activities at the treatment team’s discretion. Our inpatient care, combined with the encouragement of family and friends, creates a positive atmosphere that enhances our patients' capabilities to improve.
Training from a variety of rehabilitation team members will be provided for the family throughout the patient’s stay to prepare him/her for the transition to home. Families are encouraged to be involved in all aspects of training.
